Situational self worth is a rain cloud you can’t control. Make it an umbrella instead. Eventually it becomes a mindset.

I used to think of discipline as a micromanager who told me what not to do. Now I think of discipline as a coach who helps me focus on what to do. Finding that reframe is how I went from bystander to action-taker. Asking “how can I reframe this?” unlocks the possibilities.
