Yes, momentum is good.
But some is better than none.
So getting good at starting is absolutely more useful than focusing on not stopping. If you don’t care that it’s Day 1 again, you’ll keep going instead of letting guilt and resistance build up and block you.

For me, I'm trying to get back into running. So I'm going for an extra walk this week just to knock over the first domino.
